Tenant Screening

Lease Preparation
Once a tenant’s application has been approved, we are responsible to notify the owner, prepare a lease, execute and renew it.
Rent Collection
We bill and collect rents from the tenants throughout the entire term of the lease.
Accounting & Reporting
Prepare comprehensive accounting and property activity reports.
Inspections & Maintenance
Inspect, repair and maintain the property. Highly qualified staff are available for on-site repairs and general maintenance. Inspections are regularly scheduled by our managers.
Tenant Move In / Out
Move-in inspection will be completed upon move-in. A walk- through inspection of your property will be performed upon a tenant’s move-out. The condition of the property is evaluated, and any tenant damage will be corrected and deducted from the tenant’s security deposit.
Legal Practices
We work with law attorneys to ensure that all documents, notices, tenant relationships and property management activities are in compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
